Here is one of my all time favorite things to eat in Sweden.I would make them year round if I had my way! But any Swede would think that is next to blasphemy. Semlor, I loved them so much I named a cat after them once. Turns out that cat was from the pit,this pastry is heavenly I promise!I admit these were my BEST yet!

Yes Tammy, det var nog de allra godaste semlor jag någonsin ätit! Bullen var helt otroligt god - fluffig och - ja, just det - GOD! Så hela semlan var en fullträff som gav mycken mersmak!
